1. Description of Services
The DUI Experts provides DUI-related guidance, administrative assistance, and service coordination for individuals navigating DUI-related matters. Services may include assistance with DMV hearing scheduling, coordination of DMV hearing representation, referrals to attorneys, SR-22 insurance providers, DUI education programs, ignition interlock providers, and other related services. The DUI Experts may assist clients with DMV hearing scheduling and coordination of representation services either directly or through independent providers such as California DUI Advocates.
2. Not a Law Firm / No Legal Advice
The DUI Experts is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and The DUI Experts. If you require legal advice, you should consult with a licensed attorney.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
The DUI Experts may refer users to independent third-party service providers including California DUI Advocates, DUI attorneys, insurance agencies, DUI programs, and ignition interlock providers. These providers operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide. The DUI Experts does not control the actions, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party provider.
4. Referral Compensation Disclosure
In some cases The DUI Experts may receive referral, marketing, or service coordination fees from third-party providers when a user chooses to engage their services. Users are not required to use any recommended provider and may choose any provider independently.
5. Client Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests for information, provide required documents when necessary, and comply with all DMV and court deadlines. Failure to provide required information may affect the ability to coordinate services.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain services may require payment. Fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are for administrative coordination services and may become non-refundable once services have begun.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The DUI Experts does not guarantee outcomes related to DMV hearings, court proceedings, driver’s license suspensions, or any legal matter. All outcomes are determined solely by the appropriate government agencies or courts.
8. Government Affiliation Disclaimer
The DUI Experts is a private company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), any law enforcement agency, or any court system.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The DUI Experts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the actions of third-party providers.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California unless otherwise required by law. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against The DUI Experts.
11. Changes to Terms
The DUI Experts may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
